1. Acceptance of orders

1.1 Acceptance of an order from the Customer made by Bessacarr Publications Ltd (the Company) shall be a contract of sale subject to these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Company accepts an order when the Customer provides identification, delivery and payment details.
1.3 No order will be binding on the Company until the Customer accepts these terms and conditions.

1.4 These conditions are deemed accepted if goods are sent for delivery.
