7. Supply

7.1 If the Company is unable to supply the goods as ordered by the Client the Company reserves the right to supply other goods of equal or better quality comparable to the goods ordered at the same price.

7.2 If the goods ordered by the customer become obsolete or out of print the Company reserves the right to offer a substitute to the customer that may be at a higher price.
